PRODUCTS SUPPLIED TO ORDER

Most One Spot Online products are supplied to order through our approved supplier network and are not held as physical stock at our premises. Supplier availability forms part of order processing.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours and images are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Reasonable non-material variations may occur, but One Spot Online will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING

Supplier availability can change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, One Spot Online will contact the customer regarding available options. Where we cannot fulfil the order, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

PRICING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Prices are displayed in South African Rand. One Spot Online is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

Supplier processing or fulfilment time and courier or freight transit time are separate stages. Delivery estimates may depend on supplier availability, product type, destination, size, weight, number of packages and freight requirements.

Customers purchasing furniture should check product dimensions and access through gates, entrances, doorways, corridors, stairways, lifts and internal passages before ordering.

RETURNS, PRODUCT ISSUES AND DELIVERY DAMAGE

Please review the Return Policy presented at checkout and the Returns, Refunds & Product Issues information on our website.

Customers should inspect goods and packaging before assembly, installation or use and retain the original packaging until they are satisfied that the correct goods have arrived in acceptable condition.

If an item appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, do not assemble, install, alter or use it. Photograph the product and packaging and contact One Spot Online as soon as reasonably possible.

Courier or freight issues should be reported to One Spot Online so that we can assist with the appropriate process. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or reduce rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any lawful limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
