COLLECTION CONFIRMATION

Self collection is available only after One Spot Online has confirmed that the order is ready, provided the applicable collection location and issued any required collection reference. Please do not travel to collect an order before receiving this confirmation.

FULFILMENT LOCATION

Most products are supplied through our approved supplier network. Depending on the product and fulfilment arrangement, the applicable collection point may vary. Please follow the collection information provided for your order.

JOHANNESBURG COLLECTION

Where collection is confirmed from our Johannesburg location, the applicable address is 20 Basalt Avenue, Amalgam, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2092. Choose the available collection option during checkout where applicable and wait for the collection confirmation before travelling.

USING YOUR OWN COURIER

Customers may appoint their own courier after collection has been confirmed. The courier must be properly authorised to collect on the customer's behalf and suitable transit arrangements must be in place.

INSPECTION AT COLLECTION

Please inspect the product and packaging before leaving the collection point where reasonably possible. Confirm that the correct product and number of packages have been supplied.

PACKAGING AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Retain all original packaging until you are satisfied that the product is correct, complete and undamaged. Do not assemble or install a product that appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Photograph the product and packaging and contact One Spot Online as soon as reasonably possible.

Self collection does not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable South African consumer law.
