HOW OUR FULFILMENT WORKS

Most One Spot Online products are supplied to order through our approved supplier network and are not necessarily held as physical stock at our premises. Supplier availability is confirmed as part of order processing.

DELIVERY TIMING

Supplier processing or fulfilment time and courier transit time are separate stages. Any estimated delivery period shown on the website or provided by One Spot Online is an estimate rather than a guaranteed universal delivery date. We will provide updated information where reasonably available if fulfilment or transport circumstances change.

LOCAL JOHANNESBURG DELIVERY

Eligible addresses within approximately 25 km of Basalt Avenue, Amalgam, Johannesburg may qualify for Local Delivery. The current Local Delivery charge is R350. Qualifying local orders of R10,000 or more receive free Local Delivery. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

NATIONWIDE AND OUT-OF-AREA DELIVERY

Delivery outside the local area is quoted separately. Delivery charges and timing depend on the destination, supplier availability, product dimensions and weight, the number of packages, freight requirements and access conditions.

FURNITURE ACCESS

Before ordering furniture, please compare the product dimensions with the access available at the delivery property, including gates, entrances, doors, corridors, stairways, lifts and internal passages.

SERVICES NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED

Unless specifically confirmed in writing, delivery does not automatically include upstairs carrying, room-of-choice placement, furniture assembly, installation, removal of existing furniture or disposal of packaging.

INSPECTION ON DELIVERY

Please inspect the item and packaging as soon as reasonably possible. Retain the original packaging until you are satisfied that the correct item has arrived in acceptable condition. If an item appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, do not assemble or install it. Photograph the item and packaging and contact One Spot Online as soon as reasonably possible.

SELF COLLECTION

Collection is available only where confirmed for the applicable order. Because products may be supplied through different fulfilment locations, customers should wait for a collection confirmation, location and reference before travelling. Where collection is confirmed from our Johannesburg location, the address is 20 Basalt Avenue, Amalgam, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2092. Collection does not remove any rights available under applicable South African law.
