WHY WE PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND FULFILMENT

PAYMENTS

Online payments are processed using third-party payment providers. One Spot Online does not intentionally store full payment-card credentials. Payment providers may process payment information in accordance with their own security and privacy requirements.

DIRECT MARKETING

Email and SMS marketing consent is separate from the information required to process an order.

Where consent is required for direct marketing, customers can choose whether to opt in. Declining marketing does not prevent a customer from completing a purchase or receiving necessary transactional communications about an order.

Where direct marketing is otherwise permitted by law, customers will be given an appropriate opportunity to object or unsubscribe. Marketing communications should identify the sender and provide a way to stop future marketing.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

RETENTION

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including order fulfilment, customer support, recordkeeping and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request deletion or restriction where the law provides for it.

You may also withdraw marketing consent or opt out of direct marketing communications.
